Nyonya House Imago (KK FoodieVenture #208)

As far as I can remember, the first time me and my hubby had tried out the Nyonya House was back in 2015 when Warisan Square was still brand spanking new & they'd opened a branch there. So fast forward to the now and we finally decided to once again try them out but this time at their Imago Shopping Mall outlet (again, on the lower ground floor of said mall). Menu items were pretty much the same even after all these years so we decided to order their Kampung Fried Rice, Tomyam Fried Rice (which came to us almost identical in looks) as well as their Kam Hiong Sliced Fish and Mixed Vegetables and I have to say that the food in general were good and their spices were on point. I'm actually quite amazed that the quality of their food were pretty consistent throughout the years so kudos to them.

Pak Kopi Riverson (KK FoodieVenture #207)

I've seen this emerging 'kedai kopi' styled coffee franchise around even in Tawau as of late but it was when we were passing by their Riverson The Walk outlet in KK (inside the ground floor of said mall) that we'd finally decided to try them out. Hubby dearest got himself some Mocha flavoured coffee while I obviously went for their Ice Chocolate one and right away I know that it was not for me. But coffee lovers will most definitely loved this coffee-heavy franchise as the caffeine taste were strong and are less sweet.

Domino's Pizza ITCC (KK FoodieVenture #206)

It's funny that even though me and my hubby had tried Domino's Pizza at Riverson before, it took another visit (after a long time) to their ITCC Shopping Mall outlet (they're on the right side of the main front entrance of said mall) for him to finally acknowledged said fast food franchise. It was probably mainly because of their Cluckin Chicken Craze Pizza Fold that my hubby seemed to loved so much. I personally had always loved the fact that they had actual thinly crusted pizza to choose from in their menu but it still doesn't change the fact that we still got confused whenever we wanted to order for some reason 😅

Fussio Cafe & Restaurant (KK FoodieVenture #205)

I remembered that the only reason why we'd decided to try out this eatery was because we'd managed to get a parking space right in front of them, on a very busy weekday at Lintas Square (they're next to Japanese restaurant Wojamama if I'm not mistaken). We did not expect much from their somewhat Western+local taste menu but was pleasantly surprised to find that we'd rather enjoyed their Spaghetti Bolognese and Fussio Big Breakfast as they are hearty and tasted just right. Their Onion Rings however was not as yummy since the batter was not mixed well and the onions were stuck to one another. But other than that I like their main food so all is good.
