So my theme for this month is 'late services'. Hehehe.. I'm (somewhat) kidding guys. But really though, this burger joint also has the same problem as the eatery that I've reviewed before this one. Which is a shame since the food itself was pretty good (from what I've read, they're quite popular in Kunak - where they'd originated from). I've tasted better offerings elsewhere of course but still the Sizzling Chicken Grill Fried Rice and Smoke Grill Burger Hawaii that we had were pretty delicious (but the drinks that we had... err, not so much). Plus, the place is also spacious so big groups of people won't have too much of a problem dining in. But like I've mentioned earlier, the problem lies from their service. No server were present when we were sitting down for like a solid 15 minutes (my hubby had to get the menu from the counter himself) & it took another 20 minutes or so to get our orders in. And mind you, it wasn't even on a busy day. I mean if they can improve on that then it is a place I would recommend. Oh and by the way, there are located at the new commercial area at Taman Megah Jaya, Jalan Tiku (right next to the Permai Polyclinics building).
