Yup, here I am again doing what else but reviewing food from my 'second home district' for the year of 2025. First off on my (short) list is this popular eatery located on the ground floor of Imago Shopping Mall, on the row of shops directly facing KK Times Square and with their own outside entry. I've been eyeing the place for a while now but since they seemed to be packed with customers most of the time, it was only during our recent trip to KK that we'd managed to get a table to try them out. Needless to say, I'm impressed with their wide Penang inspired menu and had ordered their Fried Kuey Teow and Nasi Kandar Kuah Banjir with Ayam Berempah. There wasn't that many patrons yet when we were there but it took them quite sometime to serve our dishes, which was odd. But at least both dishes were pretty tasty, especially the very 'banjir' Nasi Kandar. The 'kuah' were nice and non spicy while the chicken was well seasoned. We also had their ABC Buah and it was okay at best. Overall, good portioning of tasty food but service might be a bit slow so not recommended if you're in a rush.
