My partner has been commenting on this particular Swiss bakery every time we went to the City Grocer supermarket (on the 3rd
floor of Suria Sabah); most probably due to the glistering and yummy looking Danish
pastries being displayed on its display cases. So this time around, he was
determined to try them out for himself (as I was way too full to even attempted
to stuff anything else into my mouth at said time). He’d gotten the Sultana
Vanilla Roll and Chocolate Roll and was pretty satisfied with the pastries. As
far as I know all of the pastries were certified as Halal (as stated in their main
website) and they also have an outstanding variety of sweet and savoury baked
goods and breads to choose from. Definitely a must-try whenever you’re within
the area.
