It was the first day of the Movement Control Order and my
partner is suddenly craving for his personal favourite which was the Damn Good
Burger grilled burgers. Unfortunately, both of the branches that we have been before (and nearest to us
at that time) had been completely (albeit temporarily) closed due to the order.
But fortunately for him, their slightly out of town branch at the Aeropod is
still taking orders for take aways and deliveries. So off we went to the shop via
Waze (since it is the first time both of us went to the commercial area near to
the Tanjung Aru railway station) for some of his favourites such as the Double
Beef Burger as well as some extra helpings of their Onion Rings and Cajun Fries.
Needless to say, our short trip was not in vain and we enjoyed their food as
always. It’s a shame that we did not get to have a dine-in experience at said
time since the place looks very nice and err… ‘hipster-y’ but it’s all for the
greater good.
